The M400 ROSE was designed as a direct request from ROSE members who wished to extend their firearm journey into the world of AR-15 rifles. Utilizing Lena's extensive background professionally competing and instructing with this rifle platform, the M400 ROSE was engineered from the ground up to meet the needs of the female gun owner. The M400 ROSE is a lightweight rifle chambered in the popular 5.56 NATO cartridge that is easy to operate while offering minimal felt recoil. Features an M-LOK handguard; ROMEO5 GENII red dot; ambidextrous controls for both left and right handed shooters; adjustable 6-postion Magpul SL stock that can easily be tailored to fit any shooter. Includes Rose stylized Romeo5 GenII red dot, Rose combo lock, Rose Savior bag, three 5.56 Dummy Rounds and two 30rd Magpul magazines.

Shipping & Firearm Transfer Policy

Thank you for choosing Luxury Tactical for your firearm-related needs. We offer both local pick-up at our Durham location and shipment to licensed Federal Firearms Dealers (FFLs). Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Firearm Shipping

All firearms purchased from Luxury Tactical must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for transfer, unless the buyer selects Luxury Tactical as the receiving FFL for local pick-up.

During checkout, customers can use our FFL locator tool to select the closest licensed dealer to receive their firearm.

Once the firearm arrives at the selected FFL, the customer must complete the transfer process directly with that dealer.

Customers are responsible for any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL, as these fees are not included in the purchase price.

Local Pickup at Luxury Tactical

Customers located in the Durham area may choose to have their firearm shipped directly to Luxury Tactical for pick-up.

To select this option, search for Luxury Tactical – Durham, NC when choosing an FFL during checkout.

Eligibility & Legal Requirements

In compliance with federal and North Carolina firearm laws, the following conditions must be met before a firearm can be transferred:

Customers must meet the legal age requirements for firearm ownership.
• Customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID showing current residency.
• Customers must complete ATF Form 4473.
• Customers must successfully pass a background check (NICS) prior to receiving the firearm.

All firearm transfers must comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
