Pick Up Locations

We have a designated pick-up location in downtown Durham, North Carolina where customers can collect their purchased firearms.


In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we require the following conditions to be met for pick-up:

  1. Customers must be of legal age to purchase firearms according to Federal and North Carolina laws. Valid identification proving age and residency will be required at the time of pick-up.

  2. Prior to being transferred their firearm, customers must successfully pass the required background check as mandated by local, state, and federal laws. This includes completing the necessary paperwork and fulfilling any waiting period, if applicable.​

Scheduling Pick Up

Once your order is confirmed, our customer service team will contact you to schedule a pick-up appointment. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information during the ordering process.

At this time, we regret to inform you that all sales made through Luxury Tactical are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges, except in cases where the product received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please note that any defects or damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications will not be covered under this policy.

All firearms sold through our business may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. In such cases, please refer to the warranty documentation provided with the firearm for specific terms and conditions.
